I DIDN'T have oatmeal for breakfast. I wanted to use up some eggs (there will still be some for my roommate to use if she'd like!) so I scrambled 3 eggs (only used one yolk) and topped it with salsa.

I also had two carrots and a 6 oz. plain yogurt from Whole Foods

with that cherry-lemon cobbler stirred in. It was a bit sour so I added a tiny bit of Splenda and a little granola also.

OK, I just need to finish packing, unload the dishwasher, get a massage, workout and then I'm leaving tonight. I will try and post one more time, but if I can't, then I'll see you all in over a week! Oh how sad! I'll miss the blogging world!
I noticed a few posts ago that you had Shirataki noodles, where did you find them? Are they at whole foods? I haven't seen them at Giant Eagle.
